Personal Trainer

As a personal trainer, I have seen many clients come to me with postural deviations that cause them pain and discomfort. One of the most common postural deviations is hypokyphosis and hyperlordosis. Hypokyphosis refers to a lack of curvature in the upper spine, causing the shoulders to slouch forward, while hyperlordosis is an excessive curvature of the lower back, causing the pelvis to tilt forward. Both of these deviations can lead to pain and discomfort in the back, neck, and hips. However, weight training can help correct these deviations, as well as provide numerous other health benefits. Having dealt with serious health complications myself from motorcycle accidents I feel it my mission to past on my wisdom and experience to my clients so i can help as many people as possible lead a pain free life!

I have had a deep desire and passion to try and understand mental health as best I could throughout my life. It all started after having a major breakdown. I fell into a deep depression at 21 and I have been on a journey ever since to understand myself better and t why I thought and felt the way I did. I have spent the last 30 years on a journey to understand my own mental health.
I strongly believe in a holistic approach for mental wellness. The waves and emotions we feel throughout the day can range drastically, which is why I feel passionately about having and building an emotional and practical ‘tool box’ to help manage the array of emotions we have at any given time.
